Q: Should I buy online or call to request a quote?

 
A: Wynparts.com offers convenient online purchasing of over 35,000 mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical parts, warehouse products and AS/RS Daifuku Brand parts. However, this still represents only a fraction of our product offerings. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for, please email the team at sales@wynparts.com for assistance or CALL US toll-free at 844-202-3957. It is likely that we can find exactly what you need to get your maintenance or repair underway.


Q: Where does my product ship from?


A: Most products will ship from our manufacturing plant near Chicago, Illinois. In an emergency, we will strive to drop-ship time-critical parts from a location closest to our customer locations. Although we seek to optimize the total parts price with any special delivery schedule, additional expediting fees may apply to rush orders.


Q: Can I pick up the product at a local warehouse to save on shipping?


A: This is a viable option for any customers in northern Illinois. Please be advised that not all items will be immediately available.  Email us at sales@wynparts.com or CALL US toll-free at 844-202-3957  to determine whether the product you are interested in is in stock and ready for pick-up. Once online order is placed, please allow at least two hours for paperwork and order-fulfillment cycles before presenting your Order Receipt at our will-call.


Q: Is there a minimum order size?


A: Wynparts.com requires no minimum order quantity.  However, we suggest a minimum $30 purchase for all credit card transaction orders.  


Q: What are my payment options?


A: All Wynparts.com orders can be completed by using a personal/corporate credit card or a purchase order number during the checkout process.  We reserve the right to check credit references for any new customers. If you are not already a pre-approved Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation customer, the credit approval process may add 1 week of lead-time to the sales cycle. Please be advised that our website email does not accept attachments.  All correspondence with attachments can be forwarded to sales@wynparts.com.

 

Q:What name should be used on tax exemption certificate?


A: Please use Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation name on any tax documents or certificates.

 

Q: Do you accept orders from outside the United States?


A: Wynparts.com currently accepts orders from North America, South America & Europe.
