SHIPPING INFO:
The default parcel shipping method for Wynparts.com is UPS ground service, prepaid and added to your invoice or credit card bill. Less-than-truckload carriage for palletized loads will be also be "prepaid & add," arranged according to the most reasonable rates with carriers we trust.
However, we are prepared to accommodate any reasonable request for another other mode of carriage. Please indicate your preferred shipper in the space provided on our form, including your account number for collect or third-party shipments. If you have special instructions regarding delivery that exceed the space provided on our form, please e-mail your requirements to us at support@wynparts.com, or call us prior to placing your order.
Please call Customer Service if:
- you require a freight quote prior to placing your order
- Your ship-to location is outside of the contiguous 48 states and/or your shipment will require custom forms and brokerage
- Your shipment is LTL and you do not have a raised, truck-level dock at the delivery site
- You need palletized inside and/or upper floor delivery requiring the driver to leave his truck unattended.
- Your place of business is inaccessible via normal over-the-road carriage services.
Unquoted accessorial charges incurred during LTL delivery will be passed on to the end-user at actual cost. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Specific delivery appointments required by the end-user
- Necessity of a lift gate for unloading
- Inside or upper-floor delivery
- Change of address after the shipment is initiated
- Refusal of delivery without good cause. Anyone refusing a delivery must note their reasons on the shipping documents, and have the notation signed by the delivery driver. No-fault causes for refusal may include damage-in-transit, incorrect product, incorrect addressee, orders duly cancelled prior to shipping (proof of cancellation will be required). Please write "REFUSED" and indicate the reason for refusal on ALL copies of the shipping documents your are given to sign. Keep one copy of the documents for your records.
- Re-delivery charges caused by negligence, failure to unload, inaccessible dock, unmarked address, etc.
- Some carriers levy accessorial charges for deliveries to institutions, military bases, or major metropolitan downtown areas without legal parking or standing areas.
Wynright reserves the right to recover the net cost of all charges beyond the scope of our quoted pricing. Please disclose any unusual delivery circumstances, or those outside the accepted standard ("outside dock delivery - customer to unload") during the quotation phase to avoid additions to the quoted freight.
