When do discounts apply? How do I get a discount code?
Discount codes are used for special promotions and are also periodically provided to returning customers to enable volume discounts for online catalog purchases. Whenever we have a special promotion, we will e-mail the discount codes to you. Please make sure that we always have your current information so that you don’t miss out on special pricing and discounts!
Does the online price include shipping costs?
The catalog price does not include shipping. For all orders that fit small parcel criteria, you will usually see a UPS Ground shipping charge on your online invoice. The reason we do not show a chart of shipping costs is that our parts vary widely in sizes and weights, with several packaging options that make our paradigms essentially custom. In all cases, we work to find a shipping method that will save you the most money consistent with any special delivery options you may require. Where does my product ship from?
Most products will ship from our manufacturing plant near Chicago, Illinois. In an emergency, we will strive to drop-ship time-critical electrical parts from a location closest to your repair point. In all cases we seek to optimize the total parts price with any special delivery schedule you may require.
Can I pick up the product at a local warehouse to save on shipping?
This is a viable option for any customers in northern Illinois. Please be advised that not all items will be immediately available. REQUEST A QUOTE online or CALL US toll-free – 888-996-0099 – to determine whether the product you are interested in is in stock and ready for pick-up. Once we issue you a pick-up number, please allow at least two hours for paperwork and order-fulfillment cycles before presenting your number at our will-call.

However, this still represents only a fraction of our product offerings and an even smaller fraction of the manufacturers Wynright represents. Is there a minimum order size?
At present, Wynparts.com requires no minimum order quantity. We do request (but do not demand) payment by credit card for any order under $30.
What are my payment options?
You may pre-pay with any personal or company-sponsored credit card, or fill out our on-line form and input your purchase order number. Please note that we need complete information (bill-to address, ship-to address, etc.) before the order may move forward, and we reserve the right to check credit references for any new customers. If you are not already a pre-approved Wynright customer, the credit approval process may add some lead-time to the sales cycle. Please be advised that our website e-mail does not accept attachments: if wish to share a drawing, or you have special shipping instructions that won’t adapt to our form, you may need to fax details to Customer Service at 708-221-7128.
How are returns handled?

Do you rent or lease equipment?

These services are provided through our parent company, Wynright, which employs more than 150 degreed, certified, and professional engineers at locations around the country.
Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
Wynparts.com currently only accepts orders from North America, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, our parent company, Wynright, does handle large material handling projects outside of North America. These large projects typically involve static and dynamic storage, picking systems, mezzanines, conveyor, automated storage/retrieval systems and warehouse controls software.
